The Bont MetaLift Dome is a self-adhesive metatarsal support designed to sit beneath the forefoot inside your footwear. Each pack includes six domes, or three pairs, in white, black and beige.
Why
Placed correctly, the raised EVA dome supports the transverse arch and can help distribute pressure across the forefoot. Its low-profile shape makes it useful in close-fitting footwear, including skates, boots and athletic shoes.
How
Position the MetaLift Dome just behind the ball of the foot. Bont's temporary positioning layer lets you test placement before securing the permanent 3M adhesive. Place it above the insole for more direct support or underneath a removable insole for a softer feel.
