I’ve tried keeping my place with my finger or a ruler, but these overlays are so much tidier for long reading sessions. The coloured tint really does quiet the rest of the page, and the slim frame makes it easy to slide down line by line without losing my spot.
The clear window keeps my place perfectly without hiding the words around it, and the six colours mean I can switch depending on the lighting. I’ve been using the blue one for dense textbook pages and it honestly makes reading feel less overwhelming.
The clear window really does keep my eyes locked on one line while the colours fade out the rest of the page, which has cut my skimming way down. Six strips means I can stash them in different books and still have spares for the kids.
