My 18-month-old spends ages pressing her palms into these and watching the liquid ripple out in swirls. The square edges butt up nicely against each other, so I laid all six across the playroom floor without gaps. Wipes clean fast too, which matters with a toddler.
My toddler spent a solid hour pressing these just to watch the colors swirl around, and honestly I did too. The slow-moving liquid is weirdly calming, and the squares stay put on our tile floor without sliding.
The swirly colour inside shifts way slower than I expected, so my kids keep pressing them just to watch it ooze around. Only gripe is they slide a bit on our hardwood unless I put a mat underneath, but on carpet they're fine.
